the agreement to sale (SATTA) was executed one and a half ago 0n 28/10/2010 and the sale deed was executed on 30th march 2012 .The sale deed was not able to register as the computer was switched off at 5.00 pm . The seller is failing to appear to get the sale deed registered .What is the legal procedure ..
