I am living in chennai,in CMDA approved layout, next to my house a concrete hollow brick manufacturing plant was operating because of it lots of noise and air pollution was created, can any one guide me how to approach authorities concern to get an remedy for me.

Sir,
you may forward a complaint to the office of the environmental engineer, pollution control board. about the working of the unit.Necessary action will be initiated by him if the unit does not have consent to operate from the pollution control board.
