During his life time through family oral agreement and subsequently by executed GPAs dated 1993 and 1997 authorized son to pay 100 % of the cost of acquisition of industrial plot which was also paid by his son.. The father simultaneously registered Wills bequeathing the only son with the industrial plot However the Will of 1997 on probate was contested by other heirs and probate is still going on. Before his death the father wrote a letter to Department of Industries about these facts.
Do any rights get created outside the probate process out of equity and law so that the son gets the possession and title of plot.
