I am occupying a govt flat of Delhi govt. My service is transferable between  Delhi govt and CEntral govt. Now I am working in central govt.A show cause notice has been served by estate officer of delhi govt under sec 4 of The  public premises act.what would be my next step to counter this notice. Any previous CAT judgement of similar case might help, but dont know how can I collect copy of such order.
