my wife living sepretly last 15 year. i was fill divorce case and after 4 year witdraw the pet. she was geting maintence u/sec. 125 crpc which is now stop due to her absent. now she was filled the case under section 12 of the protection of women from domestic violence act 2005. i want judgement not maintainablty the said case
