My company have missed pf depositing to my PF acc from 6/2009 for 19 month, on reminders they deposited total amount to my saving bank account since it was more , necessary TDS was decucted. further while calculating PF amount company have considered my basic of 2008 and forgot to consider annual increments of 2009, 2010 as such amount is less.
As a result I have lost
1- interest of 19 months
2- differential amount
3- TDS on PF amount
despite repeated reminders company HR is not correcting this mistake.
Please advise the remedy.
