Wife denying access to child before agreeing for divorce by mutual consent.

My wife left the house along with my child, on the ground of wanting divorce. 16 months after leaving, when discussions took place to apply for divorce by mutual consent, she put conditions for lumpsum amount. She has also got bills in her name for gold purchased by me. She has been denying me access to my child, in an attempt to pressurise me to accept her conditions. What are my legal rights to gain access to my child and not fall under her pressure tactics.

I do not want to live with her, but i do want my child with me. Is there any other way of stopping her from denying me access to my child
