OA before Administrative tribunal when you are abroad.

Can I send vakalath from abroad.

I would be returning after 2-3 months.

my name is Nagendra I have ordered for a BSNL Tab my unique booking no is PENT0094978 under the name S NANGENDRA paid at PNB Branch Tirupathi on 23rd May, 2012 DIST NO is 419800 and the cheque no by the bank is m.402202 i have paid 3780 but so far not received the Tab so please see to the issue and resolve at the eralist.
