A person named "G" having wife "E" and their son "S". After some time "E" died and "G" married to other women "W" who was having a son "k" from her first husband. After second marriage they were living together but after some time "G" died and "S" and "K" name was entered in the record of rights of "G" property. "S" died after some time living behind daughter "SD" and when "SD" was married "K" and his legal heirs made affidavit in the registrar office and removed "SD" name although she was legal heir and by misrepresentation "K" and his heirs got the property in their name and sold the same to other party....? Right of "SD" has been violated or not..? can she claim right in property..? Please give any judgements in favor of "SD".
