Food Inspector took two samples of sunflower oil from upper tank and lower tank. The sample found to be adultareted on the ground that acid value increased. Trial court convicted the accused in one case and acquited in the other. Accused brought on record the evidence that the FDA authorities had just issued warnning in 10 other similar cases were acid value had increased in the sunflower oil citing that it is due to natural process and climatic conditions . please suggest Right to equality before law has been violated or not
