Our LPA 616/2003 at gujarat high court was dismissed for default. We
moved MCA NO. 1793 OF 2012 for restoration, and the order passed by hon. court was as
under " considering the contents of the MCA, it deserves to be allowed
and it is accordingly allowed.LPA 616/2003 is restored to file. Not to
be treated as part-heard.". Now my question is by this restoration
order all the order previously passed in LPA there under are also revived or not?
Pl. let me know the supreme court/ gujarat high court decisions regarding such situations.

If all previously passed orders there in are revived and if respondents do not obey the orders passed previously there in, then what can be done next? Can we do application of contempt of court?
