In my appeal there is a delay of about 500 days. Can you suggest me any authority for condonation of delay

condoning delay is purely discretionary....based on facts...500 days delay in filing SLP? What reasons you have for the delay....If (Criminal SLP), Supreme Court is lenient..will need more facts and reasons for your delay before looking up any decisions.
