Section 2(c) in The Specific Relief Act, 1963
(c) " trust" has the same meaning as in section 3 of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (2 of 1882 ), and includes an obligation in the nature of a trust within the meaning of Chapter IX of that Act;
