Section 1 in The Indian Railway Board Act, 1905
1. Short title and construction.
(1)
This Act may be called the Indian Railway Board Act, 1905 ; and
(2)
It shall be read with, and taken as part of, the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (9 of 1890 .).
